How can I tell which products are recently added?
If you click on the Nieuwe Producten button (top of this screen), a new page will appear showing you the last 10 products added.
In addition, if you click on the Meer Informatie button of each product, then you will find the date the product was added (see left bottom corner). This is only applicable for products added after August 4, 2007.
How frequently are products added?
In principle, daily, depending on how many products we sell and how much we use of our disk space.

How can I tell that you have received my payment and have shipped my order?
If you sign into your account, you can tell what the status is for each order.
You will receive a shipment confirmation by e-mail, including tracking & trace information (if provided by TNT Post).
Can I view a larger picture?
Yes, you can by double-clicking on the picture.
How much will the shipping cost be?
Shipping cost depends on the weight of the purchased product(s) and the country to which it will be shipped. Therefore, we will determine the shipping cost once the order is placed, or we will estimate it based on your inquiry.
We will try to find the most inexpensive way of shipping. If this means we need to ship in two separate envelopes rather than a package, we will do so. However, this will be done only after contacting you first.
Can I combine shipments, so cost will be less?
Yes, you can combine shipment of multiple products with us. Just let us know when ordering.
Can I collect my order in person?
No problem at all if you would like to pick up product(s) in person.
You can specify this when you place the order, and we will contact you ASAP to agree upon a date and time.
In this case, payment is cash.
When will I get my invoice?
As soon as you have placed your order, the item(s) will be reserved for you.
You will receive an Order Confirmation, automatically created by the 123webshop.nl software. (We (shop-owners) can't yet change the information on this document.)
On the Order Confirmation, no costs are mentioned. However, you will receive a final invoice within 48 hours after placing your order.
The invoice will include the actual shipping, handling, and possible PayPal costs and our bank details.
The only exception to this will be if Sassafrass Store is on vacation or absence due to illness or personal circumstances.
When will my order be shipped?
Product(s) will be shipped 1 - 2 working days after your payment is visible in Mijn Postbank or PayPal. Both accounts are checked daily.
Once your order is delivered to TNT Post, you will receive a shipment confirmation by e-mail.
